Karen Waters is a contemporary feltmaker whose focus is on sculptural felt, using traditional wet felting techniques mixed with modern design.

Living in the Southwestern United States where water is precious, Karen uses rainwater to form her creations. Having chosen an eco-conscious lifestyle, her home-studio and office are solar powered, and she sources wool only from eco and animal-friendly suppliers.

Karen’s work has been shown locally in Santa Fe galleries, art shows, and is collected nationally and abroad.
